Yes you're right its service is lame in Asia I remember from when I lived in Tokyo. And by best hardware I meant most powerful console hardware currently available.
It should be sweet. 4k at 30 fps means there could be an option to play at 2k 60 fps or at least 1080p 60 fps.
Sound imaging is amazing. Playing battlefield Hardline on my lg sound bar with 3D sound turned on literally made me look upwards to my ceiling every time an in game helicopter flew over my head. It was astonishing. Dolby vision and Dolby atmos combo unbeatable!
