Nothing unique compared to the ps5 and that's coming from a hardcore Xbox fan. If they had halo then that would be a different story but four and a half years of solid development time apparently wasn't enough time for 343 i. to make Halo 6. It should have been their ace title for the XSX's release this fall. I guess covid didn't help with that though.

This game is close to my heart. Sublime score and the quests are as captivating as they are numerous. I also enjoy the peaceful forests.
Except for the fact they officially stated they were going to release the game last fall before reconsidering after receiving criticism. But sure, we'll go with your napkin remark.
Look at how The Legend of Zelda: Breathe of the Wild turned out. They developed it for the Wii U and said that they made a last minute decision to have it released for their new more powerful Switch console. And how did version running on more powerful look? Exactly the same. They didn't bother changing shit. A tad higher resolution textures here and there and some denser grassland. Wow. How scalable is this splipspace engine anywho?
They should have released it in good shape last fall. Halo 4 was released two years after Halo:Reach for crying out loud and that was my favorite Halo game.

I loved Spartan Ops. All 343 i. would have had to do is say "We're not seeing the kind of engament we're looking for regarding Spartan Ops so we've shifted focus to our next project" instead of pulling a Valve and literally never addressing the fact that they stated more seasons were on the way yet a decade later here we are with no season 2.

Halo 4 is legend and the MCC is now a blast to play with friends. It it worth mentoning both those games had issues upon release. Halo 4 had frame rate problems in split-screen mode and the MCC was broken for 2 years after initial release but they fixed it finally.
I think indie games might be where it's at. I know PS5 Sony exclusives will be great too tho.
