Well put man, I think xboxlive is great. In all honesty its why i bought the xbox360. Ive always had sony products, but after seeing my friend using xboxlive on the original xbox, and having been shown the ease of how it worked. i jus felt it was brilliant for what i wanted, bcus in all honesty i no longer play single player games.
Would it be better if it was free? short term yes, long term, i think the actual service would suffer

The best purchase i ever made, its brilliant thanks to darkalex's custom firmware, the option to backup and play all your old ps1 games on it, backup your psp isos, nintendo64 emulations, snes emulation with wi-fi link for multiplayer, gameboy emulation, its brilliant!! i really love it!

However there was a lot of talk about it being like this due to the fact it has to be very secure, like if they were able to easily transfer the downloaded hd movies and tv shows to computer, i doubt they would have got the marketplace support they have.

i totally agree, i was such a big fan of vice city and gta3, was really disappointed by san andreas, but that doesnt mean (grifter) that im not anxious about this installment. However my main problem with san andreas was its size, it definitely was amazing, but when u had to travel long distances attempting to complete mission, it became too realistic. I didnt wanna drive for that long lol!!
