I was just talking to some friends about this. Microsoft has given strong case for why you should own an Xbox One in 2015 and 2016. It's the only current gen console I don't own, and I can say confidently that I plan to pick one up either this holiday or early next year, so I'll have my PS4 and and Xbox One in the living room, and move my Wii U from the living room to the bedroom where my PC is already at. Congrats Microsoft, with what you have incoming you have a future Xbox One ...
Same here. I've only ever played MGS on console and handheld. This will be my first time playing it on PC
@Genova84
Nice setup. I have regular 980 sli myself. I wonder if I could get acceptable performance at 4k with MGS5. If not I'll be playing it at 1440p
Quiet is my video game crush right now.
Glad I invested in a great PC...well, I guess it's really just the luck of me getting into PC gaming fairly recently so my setup is still considered 'high end'
As much as I like From's Souls games, I'm hoping they release another Armored Core at some point.
...just had to throw that out there
I'm really just excited for DX12 because of the supposed VRAM stacking. Please be true!
Wish I could give a Bubble to Nvidia for this
Thank you for not being a fanboy and speaking some sense. I had to bubble vote you.
Yeah it'd be cool if they had Freya and Lenneth make cameos as a secret boss or something, similar to them showing up in Star Ocean
Definitely agree
This is great news. I would like to see what they can do together all the way through.
Also, del Toro could be Kojima's "in" into the film industry. I mean, del Toro always wanted to make a game, Kojima has always wanted to make a movie (I think I remember reading somewhere that he wants to do a film) so it could be a thing where after this they can work together on a film. Mmm, speculation.
Lol this seriously made me chuckle
I'm right there with you both!
I'll be picking it up on PC too! But I'll be playing it at 1440p. Would like to play it at 4K but those monitors are too expensive for me at the moment
I agree. It seems people nowadays are going to complain no matter what. They even said in the video that they are going to balance the in game economy accordingly. I see this as back in the 'old days' where characters had to be unlocked from grinding. If it takes a while so be it, though I don't expect it to be the free to play model where they would purposely slow your progression after a certain point just to make people more impatient and more willing to spend cash.
...
I already have the Guilty Gear Xrd TE stick, but this one is cool
@Kingthrash360
I'm actually looking forward to DX12 on PC since I hear that people using two or more graphics cards will be able to stack VRAM. That would be amazing for me as I'm using two GTX 980s in SLI. Being able to stack VRAM will give me about 8GB of it if it's true. This is what I'm most excited about. There will be an impact for XB1 though, but at this point no one knows what it will be until it happens.
Why is there even a video on this? Uncharted 4 looks better. BOTH games look great though and I can't wait to play them both.
(Uncharted may look better but Lara's got a great ass)
@Flex
Good going man. People (fanboys mostly) are so quick to assume everyone only owns one system just because they only own one and are attached to it. It's as if owning more than one platform and having the choice to pick either one to play a game is unheard of.
