There are plenty of games that do photogrammetry. Infact I think Gt sports is possibly the best at it.
One thing to keep in mind is that the Ps studios have all upgraded their engines and it wouldn't surprise me if they were ready for PS5. So judging by gt sports, GT7 will be pushing some great visuals.
A bit of a bummer honestly. But I'm really looking forward to the GT7. And regardless it will be the best looking racer when comes out.

I'm judging based on the date the console launched. Which was around the time ps4pro and oneX came out.
The fact that it is a new generation for Nintendo doesn't make it equal to PS5 and XSX.

It would not surprise me if Forbidden west could release this year but due to a crowded holiday it's better that it's pushed back. The game will be better for it.

There's clickbait and then there's misinformation.
Significantly stronger would be the PS5 compared to the series S. The difference between PS5 and xsx has been mostly in favor of PS5. That's before mentioning that Ps5 is $100 cheaper.
Better online is laughable at best and hasn't been true since the 360.

I agree people are being short sided and also forgetting the details. This is kojimas first independent game and it was produced at an incredible pace with very high standards as far as graphics, sound and acting. All that while attempting new mechanics. No developer can say that today.
The sequel will only be better because Kojima has a better idea of what works or not and most of the hard work is done.
DS2 would be an awesome game.

Its a weird game and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but it was an awesome experience for me. The boss fights were a let down but the world was really cool and I really enjoyed the gameplay.
The sequel could only be better.

I completely understand not having enough time to game, I'm on the same boat. But an easy mode would ruin the experience for a game like this. Surpassing a difficult enemy is so rewarding and it's imo the main appeal for any Fromsoft games.
