Seems to me that anything on Xbox and not PlayStation is exclusive regardless of other platforms.
If it's on more than one platform, it's NOT exclusive and Microsoft need to stop claiming it is.

Until there are multiple vendors for console digital licences to generate competition then no, I can't see it being universally acceptable. Right now and the near future all digital content has no place on consoles.
Quite right, but you can't dismiss them. Wasn't it EA that sold exclusivity rights from right under Respawn's nose. I cannot trust them until we see what's released.

Competitive multiplayer games maybe, but for anything else how is map packs going to be accepted as standard.
