Nice improvements but it seems that if it was DX11 from day 1 there would of been way more eye candy.
I'll get it when it hits the bargain bin.
and I would consider Uncharted 3 to be more action adventure instead of shooter.

let this be a lesson on how to make a PC Game for now on.Make the PC version first with all the bells and whistles then port down.

Crysis 2 = DX11 Day 90
Crysis 2 PC and Console sales are low (1.6 million). I guarantee BF3 will surpass Crysis 2 in sales Day 1.
Some nice effects but they seem minor instead of a DX11 build from the ground up. Too little Too late!
PC already has this covered. hundreds of F2P games and MMO's are coming out using the Free 2 play format with micro transactions.
Then you have browser games such as Facebook and others that use Flash which we all know Apple doesn't use. Sure they have a HtmL 5 variant but it's not widespread yet.
Apple makes a nice chunk of change selling games through it's App Store but they are far from a "Games Leader" as all of their popula...

actually it was the success of BF2 and the huge community still playing 6 years after it's release that brought us to today's BF3 masterpiece. Plus BC2 PC sold more than the PS3 or 360 version. Google it.

Steam made a Billion Euros just off TF2 hat sales. If they really wanted to they could balance the United States Budget by selling some red-white-and Blue hats.
Game sales mean nothing to Valve as they seem to always come up with some clever way of printing their own money. the dam Portal 2 Potato ARG made valve a ton of cash.

Actually number 4 is a tie between Microsoft and Activision. good list though.
1. Microsoft- I hate M$ for abandoning the PC as a Gaming Platform in favor of the Xbox. Plus canceling Alan Wake PC to make it a 360 exclusive plus many other dirty deeds M$ has done.
2. Activision- as much cash as Activision has made from COD, this series should be the graphical and quality benchmark for the industry but instead they just pump out cookie cutter games and can you guys make a new IP for crying out loud.
