YES I would if it was a GPU I needed! DDR3 GPU's are still made today and even with AMD's R9 series some GPU's use DDR3
Granted most of these GPU's are for super slim super energy efficient and no noise producing HTPC or are in Laptops.
Nvidia GT750m is a Mobile GPU that can run BF4 on high settings and it uses DDR3.

Bottom Line:
The game is made by Craptivision and the Devs had to put it on 5 or 6 different platforms so EXPECT it to have some issues.

I would have shot that Pilot right out that heli.
Ain't NO GOOD pilot gonna fly that low and sweep the streets like that, You're just BEGGING to get Sniped, C4'ed, or RPG'ed in the FACE.
Good BF Heli Pilots are fast and Stealthy, they get in Hit you hard and get out quick before you know it thus making it a TEAM effort to kill them.
ANyway I would be in the LAV drilling HOLES in that heli. Engineers 4 Life!
XB1 booting into Dev unit has to do a lot of stuff mainly connect to Microsoft servers and begin a huge verification process.
I think Most XB1 DK stay on for a LONG time so anyone complaining about a XB1 DK boot time needs something else to do in life.

BF4 PC has a few minor bugs and has had a Crash issue that I have only seen once in the 40 hours I have logged in it.
So what Happens is that this gets BLOWN way out of proportion to the tune that People on N4G are saying:
.BF4 PC is BROKEN
.Burn your PC and ask for a BF4 refund
.Throw away your BF4 PC and go get the PS4 version even though the PS4 is NOT even out yet

I put M because the PS4 PSU is 250 watts and NOt the 550 watt PSU recommended for a standard HD7870
also the PS4 gpu is custom but is kinda equal to a HD7850/HD7870
SO the M kinda represents the lower watts that the PS4 will be using, lower Watts = less power.
