definately has the best multiplats this gen, but i cant understand why thier exclusives are so weak technically. i dont mean that as in the games suck, but it seems they struggle to get even hd resolutions on the exclusive games. alan wake for example took 5 years to come out, and was released running 540p, same with splintercell. halo reach was definatley a step up in terms of graphics, but again not hitting hd resolutions, and not exactly a technical showpiece. again, im not ragging the...
gears redefined the TPS genre about as much as the expendables redefined action cinema. . .as in it didnt. kill switch and resident evil 4 called, they want thier gameplay back. . .
its about beating it on hardcore mode
i agree BF2 had bigger maps, 64 players, etc, but with the updated graphics, physics, and shher destructability, id say it was a pretty nice upgrade. i hated shooting buildings in BF2 witha tank, and after the explosion, the building was pristine. im sure if you took out the destruction, and bumped the graphics down to bf2 level, you could do more than 64 players and have bigger maps
but i think bugs and glitches made up less than 3 percent of my total playtime on fallout 3. out of 120 hrs, thats not bad in my book. glitches suck, but freezes and junk were very few and far between.
sounds like the better version to me /s
3d with galsses is like a "pop out at you" 3d, while glassesless is more of a "depth in a box" 3d.
but i can turn on the computer, play some flash games for free and have a few laughs and what not, but games like kinectimals are 60 dollars. i wouldnt pay 60 dollars for pico's adventure or alien hominid
"FALLOUT: NV, a really long expansion pack" and i'd still buy it.
square did a fantastic job on ff13 360. to get something like a 32 gig game compressed down to 3 6.8 gig discs and all they had to sacrifice was resolution, and the final res is still higher than alan wake. seems like a great job to me
neither are 360 exclusives. why is it that 360 exclusives cant hit 720p?
COD would make a TERRIBLE movie. with all the plot holes in the games (especially MW2) in a movie scenario, you no longer have any gameplay to balance it out, and all your left with is a really shitty plot. http://www.gamesradar.com/f...
if obsidian went with a "new up to date bug free engine" we for sure wouldnt have bee able to enjoy NV for at least another 2 years.
ps3 version of fallout 3 did have better textures, the 360 had to patch to match it, and even then, it was only some, not all. it looks like fallout nv is the same way. http://www.lensoftruth.com/...
have english menus? i heard it has english dialogue, but havent heard about the rest. would rather get this on ps3 if its import friendly
its still better than borderlands IMO
no, the 1080p streaming and 5.1 surround gives it the victory
i have 3 ps3's in my house, one i bought at launch (60g), one my wife bought me when the slims came out (500g) and one i bought her (120g), and only one 360
and platinum'd it. great game.
but that movie is a tumor growing on the underside of the Indy franchise.
