Btw, that's not a knock against the game. Games that come out a year later should launch at budget prices. Why would I pay 59.99 when I can buy it on steam or for Xbox 360 for less than half the price?
It should have launched at this price. The only people who bought the PS3 version when it launched either didn't own a 360 or a good PC, or they have some weird idea that they have to buy every game on their PS3.

I own both a 360 and a PS3, and I see nothing to look forward to in 2009 for 360, while the PS3 has like 10 big exclusives confirmed.

I heard on 1up Yours that Nintendo only makes 6 dollars per Wii console. But they sold 2 million Wii's in November, so it adds up.
So are the old Mario games not as good now that we have 3d games? /sigh
Maybe I'm totally alone on this, but I think Lost Odyssey is great. Btw, the article should specify the JRPG. Oblivion, Mass Effect, and Fallout 3 are doing quite well.
Hopefully Microsoft is keeping some big games secret, because 2009 looks barren for the 360.
