Honestly, open world games like this are the only ones that SHOULD have an install. I would install oblivion if I could.
Using your same argument. It is just a prologue, and should not be graded as hard because it is only 2/3 the price of a PS3 game.
Considering the game was delayed until fall for PS3, this is unsurprising.
It's going to be a 10. The Official Playstation magazine isn't going to give the most anticipated PS3 game anything lower than perfect.

GTAIV isn't coming out in Japan this month. What reason is there to buy a PS3 in Japan right now? Besides Yakuza 3.

I'm not paying 10 dollars for 4 maps, 2 of which are already on the disc (Killhouse and Broadcast), and one of which is a remake of an old map. Especially since GTAIV will be coming out before the COD4 map pack for PS3.
Did they play it on the 360 or PS3? And if it was on 360, did they do the optional install or not?

But seriously, PS3 games aren't region coded so importing should be simple. Not sure about the 360 version, but I assume it would be equally as simple.

Maybe I'm being paranoid. But something asking for a home phone, street address and real name, and asking for your Xbox ID when the game is only on PS3 seems like a scam.
