Xbox gamers went into last gen with little confidence due to a weaker system. The 9th gen is already shaping up to be infinitely better. Proud of what microsoft is doing. They defintely learned from last gen and it is showing already. Can't wait for Thursday.
Full RDNA 2 in series x, Velocity architecture, sampler feedback streaming, all capped off with directx 11 ultimate. There is so much the series x can do over what is becoming clear the ps5 can't do. And omg. Don't go to Twitter. Sony kiddes are blowing tf up over recent findings. Its been a bad Sunday to be a sony ps5 fan.
8k? Ps5 can't even do 4k in farcry 6.
That just means it will do it even better on series x and pc.
This doesn't mean much without knowing the full PC specs running a preview build which probably want optimized.
Did you even bother to read the article. This build didn't even have the option to set the graphics. Meaning it wasn't optimized at all and is probably strictly for demoing and testing. You guys are reaching hard.
Sony will have a lackluster start.
Meanwhile microsoft even announced more games and they aren't even finished yet.
Halo infinite
Hellblade 2 (unreal 5 game not a demo of unreal 5)
Everwood
Project Mara
The medium
Scorn
The agent

Because you need to look good in your ship.
HD rumble? This article describes haptic feeback as if it is new. Especially when it says, "Touting features so refined that they will allow players to feel the change in sensation as they shift gear and drop off the slick asphalt onto the rough, gritty, offroad track." That has been a thing in forza games forever. It isn't new. New to sony games I suppose.
Haptic feedback isn't new. My elite 1 controller had rumble triggers. This article trues to church it up. But it is just rumble located in the triggers, with accurate activation tied to the game as the article barely mentions about xbox one controllers. That's not new. Or apparently sony never implemented it until now. Because xbox did years ago.
A lot of PC gamers use both HDD and SSD. SSD isn't that expensive anymore.
As I always do. Waiting on the ti version.
The SAD truth about this UE5 demo is that is was ONLY running at 30 fps with no AI or anything.
So basically the engine had all the processing power of the PS5 dev kit available to load the LOD0 and the 2k textures then create less detailed versions on the fly in a real game, the CPU has many other things to do especially if you want to play at 60fps or more.
Also since many current gaming computer have 32GB of ram like mine, all the LOD0 and 4k textures for the le...
3D Audio. Spin it all you want. You won’t convince me of that shit. You will the fanboys. But it fails right here. Sony came up with something better than Dolby atmos? Lmao! What it comes down to is Sony was too damn cheap to pay licensing fees. Doubly atmos is the gold standard of sound. You will never walk into a theater and see, “presented in Sony 3D audio” on screen. It’s Dolby atmos because they are what is measured against for sound quality. They are the industry standard for sound audi...
Godfall is coming to PC. Not sure how that translates into extracting maximum potential from the PS5 when it will be a port.
I only have one complaint with this game. You can't control firearms like you can in boneworks. Toss a gun to the left hand from the right etc. The detail is insane though. I can read fine detail on the Index.
“But teh $499.99 price is too much for a console.” Lmao. How much is that PC?
