After you build (or buy a pre build ) PC you can just plug and play with no problem. If you have a great card (GTX 1080 and above), you can just let Nvidia Experience do the settings for you without even touching anything or worrying about optimizing your settings. However, playing with settings is also part of the experience and fun with PC gaming and it is not even that hard to do
