XIII-2 was great imo, i didn't felt "fooled" by it.
Its clearly a Jrpg, i think its very obvious from the article you just posted about. And sequels don't have to have the number in front of it, just like Brotherhood and Revelations are sequels to ACII.
The game is supposed to feature an open world with a lot of detail, you can expect a more interesting game than the previous ones.
FFXIII-2 was awesome, it will be for those who haven't played it that will find that the FNC has failed, thus their opinion matters not.

No we didn't, i had only 1 memory card with games from both accounts and it worked fine, you just had to choose the option not to reset memory card and just reset the Ps Vita.
