What GFX Card do you have?
I have a zotaz amped extreme 980ti
This game is what pushed me to go the PC route. I was going to years back with BF4 but ended up just getting a XB1 (which I stopped playing once I got my gaming PC)
I got my email today....right before I had to go to work :(
I think ill be leaving work early today!!
Bottom line for some business is money and they HAVE to making a bucket load of money from selling it.
Im sure as a dev you want as many people to play your creations as possible. With the way premium works that doesnt happen.
The one way it could work is make the DLCs free sooner and not over 2 years later (bF4).
I dont mind paying to get it early because everyone is excited to play NEW maps. But after 3-4 months the player count goes...
The problem I have is that over time they should be free so that you can mix the DLC maps with the base vanilla maps.
So say the first DLC drops...you can buy it outright or buy a premium with all DLC.
When the second DLC drops the first DLC drops significantly in price...basically it entices gamers on the fence to buy it.
When the third DLC drops. Make the first DLC free for all....this is like a year after release.
I actually dont mind season passes....in the past it was worth it.

I would want a reviewer to put a decent amount of time to see MOST and do most of what the game has to offer. You dont need to beat a game all the time to know if it sucks or if it is great. Ala Bioshock was great from the start!
So they release an incomplete game?
Sounds like an expensive early access game on Steam...but cost $60!!

I tried to give this article a chance....the first half all he claimed was the bad influence COD had on assasains creed series....then he goes on to make this comment that is totally WRONG...

Battlefield is a totally different game then COD by a mile and it was not made to ...
This will be interesting to see how it works. But I can see by the time the game hits BFH and BF4 will be taking a huge hit in numbers.
I just got into PC BF4 and the numbers are pretty low compared to consoles. BFH on PC is insanely low.
For me on consoles it was the price didnt justify going digital. Also I cant sell a digital game or get a refund ala Steam.
I think a lower price on console digital games would make more people go that route. Lets asy digital is 5-10 cheaper then physical disc.
On steam I love that I can buy a game and get a refund if I dont like it.
I hope Insurgency comes to consoles as its barebones...no spotting no mini map etc.
I do wish that BF1 spotting was toned down even more then what I see in the Alpha. I feel that we just end up shooting at markers and relying to much on mini maps verses shooting at enemies.
Having to actually ID a enemy before you shoot is thrilling. As you could potentially kill a teammate (HC mode on BF) or Insurgency.
XIM4 is a great option.
I used it for most of BF4 on xbox one and cant even play FPS with a controller anymore.
There is always hardcore mode
The same people getting upset over a article like this will be the same people complaining in the comments section of the reviews that are not 9s and 10s.
When I think about a game that got alot of Hype...I think Titanfall or the upcoming Battlefield 1.
NMS imo hasnt gotten hype. Coverage...yes. But there hasnt been people ranting and raving via youtube saying they played the game and how awesome it was/is.
Im curious about the game myself but from what I have seen $60 seems a little steep.
As soon as the reviews start dropping and there will be low scores those sites will get the same treatment. People accusing them of clickbait review scores or not really knowing how to play the game.

How much time you put into it?
When I first got into conquest I was out on Flag E way out there just setting my key bindings (PC)
The building I was must have been dark because the GFX looked pretty bad. But once I got out that building and got my bindings set. Used different classes. Tried the horse, the flame thrower class.
I have to say im liking it alot. They do have some work to do for sure. Laying down ammo gives you instant grena...
