The reason why m$ doesn't put a browser on the 360 is bc it would directly compete with their bread and butter, PC's. Or to be more specific, windows. The wiiU will still utilize the wiis motion controls. It just provides a new controller for the "hardcore" games that are released.
I hope it does really well. I always liked my PSP but found it lacking in the games department from time to time. Now that it has party chat, 2 nubs, and the support of so many devs I think it has a very good chance to be successful. Now lets just hope Sony advertises for it well.

I hope this is true. Companies like Gamestop are cancers in the game industry. It makes games generate less sales and in turn means a lesser product from that dev in the future. I hope this helps run 2nd hand game shops out of business.
I bet Gamestop starts selling these to help make up for lost revenue though. I'm sure some people will return some games without ever using the code.
