I read that part, and 360 has had an advantage over PS3 since the day it came out a year too early.
The key issue though is that the 360 is maxed out. I've said this months ago. I worked on 2 360 titles as a 3D modeler and trust me, that thing is Maxed Out to the core.

Imagine steering a car with a dualshock 3 kind of device, getting out of the vehicle and automatically dual-wield two guns by breaking the controller apart.
All the important buttons would still be there for movement and weapon switching and such.
