Edit: Sorry, Mass Effect, just remembered that. The one game that almost made me buy a 360 untill I found out the ultimate version was on PC.
The Wii and the 360 are the ones desperately in need for games, PS3 owners have no time to play with Ubisoft crapware when they're playing GOW3, Last guardian, GT5, FFvXIII, Agent, Uncharted 2 and many more games.
Smart move by Ubisoft if you ask me.

Of course the Wii and 360 will have a 'killer app' but this more due to the fact that everything that is not that 'killer app' is trash.
Seriously, exclusive wise what beyond Halo 3, Gears and Mass Effect is a total must have for 360.
PS3 got LBP, MGS4, Uncharted, Killzone 2, Ratchet&Clank, Resistance, GT5:Prologue, MotorStorm, inFamous, Valkyria Chronicles and a lot more.
These are all 'killer apps' to me
