It seems kinda weird, the xbox sold well during the Holidays but last week the ps3 sold 74,500 (rounded), the wii sold 50,000, and the xbox sold only 2,700 and according it had sold about the same amount the week prior

They may be a lot of broken quests, but they dont ruin the game. I've played for over 50 hours and have have not quest bugs. The only bugs I had were fixed by a 24 hour wait. The only bug that really annoys me is that my bounty for the reach will never go down because I did the forsworn quest.
SOPA's a bit too extreme to be passed in Europe, any way here in the EU they already have laws for all this they dont need SOPA.
This is demolition. You spawn at the same part of the map so its easy to spawn trap. I have only played a couple of demolition game in which a team hasent been spawn trapped.
