Bullsh*t. My iPod Touch has Resident Evil Degeneration, Metal Gear Solid Touch, Crash Bandicoot Nitro, etc.
Those are NOT casual games. And they look beautiful on the iPod. Some could say they look better than most PSP games. Not to mention my battery life for my iPod Touch is about twice to three times as long as this thing.
Except my iPod Touch can go for like 20 hours effortlessly.
Too bad that is the 360 version. :/

1. There are no Ads on Xbox LIVE unless you go looking for them. If there are ads, then they consist of game ads. Not to mention the ads are not there just so you can look at them. Clicking anything within the Dashboard will instantly send you to a page to download free stuff and see free videos. How is inFAMOUS better?
I own them both as well and the maneuverability, amount of powers, overall things on screen, how fast the game is, etc. easily go to Prototype. Not to mention it's one of the best framerates I've ever seen in a game.
Graphics and story? Sure! inFAMOUS has those hands down.

If anything, the Xbox 360 is the multimedia device. Xbox LIVE, Netflix, SKY TV, Last.FM, Facebook, Twitter, Instant 1080p, Zune Video, Windows Media Center, Retail Games on Demand, XBLA, XNA Community Games, etc. etc.
