If the "hacker" is hacking for piracy then yea hes fukin it up for the group. But legally in the US he is allowed to "jailbreak" his console. He paid for it he can do as he pleases with it. If he wants homebrew its his legal right. But if he is just hackin it to play "backups" then hes just a tool.
