I hope that the future of gaming can realize that both casual and hardcore gaming can co-exist. The kink to this is that developers realize quick, cheap made shovelware is profitable vs 50 million dollar budgets and leave the hardcore on the backburner and have only a handful of games for us every few years.

Explain to me how it makes a difference if PS3 passed M$ today. It changes nothing. Regardless of who is in 2nd or 3rd doesnt matter. I mean is there a top secret party im unaware of as a PS3 owner. If PS3 passes the 360 and its still an if because noone can say for sure what kind of impact kinect will have. All i know is that your guys' argument about who is going to be in 2nd place next year is a moot point because it doesnt change the landscape of gaming, IMO.

I 100% agree. How does sales figures impact us as gamers. If it was an article sayin that the PS3/360 isnt selling so the company is losing 3rd party support leading to the death of the console. That would be news. But every single month sales data is stupid. It doesnt even matter really the numbers because both sides spin the #'s so much anyways. You can almost copy/paste every single NPD article and #'s are similar and you will see the same stupid fanboy comments every month.

Get off of UC's tip, 1 and 2. They r good no doubt but say what u want they arent the end all. Ive said before on here, ive shown my wife and her sister UC2 and Geow 2.
