What's the point in getting a next gen console if there are no next gen game offerings? Might as well wait a couple years till they do get some, plus it will be a lot cheaper!
The ps5 will sell a whole lot more at launch if it releases with at least one next gen console exclusive game.

It's true. Ms will only be holding back themselves in hopes that people will still purchase an xbone from now onwards... This plan will last no longer than 2 years max, or whenever xbone sales drastically drops after the release of seriesX.
Just make it $499 and give me a console easily capable of 4k@60fps Sony and my hard earned money is yours!

The series X can have enough power to run AAA games at 8k/60fps for all I care and I'll still get the ps5 over it simply because of reliability, exclusive games, there quality as well as quantity... Actually, if the series X can run multiplatform games in 8k/60fps, I'd buy it down the road when it gets a lot cheaper :-D

How on earth do you seriously think Nintendo was better than Sony's ps4 offerings this year?? I'm looking at their games and I see nothing that would make me purchase a switch... I have a Asus gaming laptop and it isn't as simple as a console. Sure you have the option to tweak but I don't like going through all of that. Adjust this and that just to make it run or look as good as it can, while consoles on the other hand has the settings optimized to run and look it's best already.. Sure you can use the pcs recommended settings but when compared to the console version it honestly looks inferior... Of course you will say, then upgrad...
We all know pc will always be more powerful than consoles... Well depending on how much you invest in it but nevertheless, I still prefer to game on a console now and always. Buy the console, install a game and play. Simple.
I'd love to reply re4 with upgraded graphics and controls! I'm sure it would look f#@king amazing! Just look at re2 remake.

Did I miss something? I just saw a hellblade 2 CGI trailer... It definitely looked cool but nothing incredible considering that there was no actual gameplay... And I doubt gameplay will even look that good.

I bet you Sony is doing this to save cost. An E3 booth is insanely expensive! Better to use that money on developing games I say.
