Ign giving this game a 9/10 doesn't mean anything other than it being 100% woke trash.
It would be disappointing regardless if it couldn't sell more than the original considering that it's now an established ip, so with that being said I don't think it sold well knowing that Sony has yet to release any sales figure for this sequel.
Don't trust ign.. The reviewer is a woke loser. No dei/LGBTQ inclusion which is why they had to really nitpick. Like lower the score because of a 5 hrs campaign?? Yet cod got a 9?? Ridiculous.

Stellar blade is gonna be the next huge franchise! Unequivocally because it's a well made, well rounded awesome single player game.
If you are sick of modern gaming and its restricted dialogues that may offend people, then I recommend shadows of the damned remastered! Incredibly hilarious and a fun 3rd person shooter. The 60fps, 4k and game plus mode adds reply value for sure.
