It can be patched, they just don't want to patch it because Capcom is in a shit situation now and they need to make money. This is one way they think they will do it.

Move is cool in fact. Truth is that it doesn't have a huge library of games right now but RE5, Heavy Rain, Sly Collection, SOCOM 4, Killzone 3 and even GT5 work with move plus it's creat for strategy games like R.U.S.E.
Also it's fun for parties and damn precise.
But it isn't marketed as Kinect.
As for Dead Space 2 beta....I'll just wait for the game to come out because honestly, all I'm interested about is the single player story.
That is how you advertise the life out of your product. They are doing it right. That is how it should be done. Get people to know that they have something new and cool comming out soon.
I like my PS3 the way it is. It is a true show stopper as is in my opinion.
Nintendo has seen that they can create a cheap console that has last gen graphics and get away with it. In fact they are very successful with the Wii that has the worst graphics out of 4 systems out there (PS3, Xbox360,PC, Wii).
I think what will happen is that they will release a system next gen that will have graphics similar to the PS3 and Xbox 360 but by that time the PS4 and next xbox will be on their way which will be much much more powerful than the next Wii will be ...
....defenatly yes. But the problem is that it is more expensive to get a PS3 with move than getting a Wii and I think that is the decideing factor right now.
Move is much more precise and just a better technology but that isn't everything. Price is always what decides these things.

Anyway, I can't really comment on the responsivness of Kinect because I never tried one. But from what I've been reading it isn't so great. Compared to the Move which follows you 1:1.
I'm not going to claim that Move is much much better but as of right now Sony has delivered on their promisse regarding motion controlls and critics agree as well that it is amazing.
