Anything under 30" isn't a TV for me. It's a Monitor. Everything under 15inches isn't a monitor...it's a portable screen. Such as Ipad.

I got my HDTV in 2006. It's 1080p 60hz and this summer I got an LX900 Bravia and man....I'm loving it. Best investment so far.
You are better off with Wii, Xbox 360, PS3 or PC.
I don't care about OnLive at all. It's not even competition to any consoles nor is it a competition to the PC. It's a failure and the proof is right here for you.
That is why OnLive has already failed before it came out. It's way ahead of it's time and just not practical for the consumer. You should have gotten a PS3 or Xbox360....heck, even a Wii than OnLive.
I advise everyone to leave OnLive alone and don't waste your money on it because you will NEVER own your games collection through OnLive and it doesn't work properly in some areas.
As far as I know 3D is only available in the PS3.
