I don't think they worry about COD as much as some people make it out to be. They are making a genuine Battlefield game that goes back to BF2 as it's roots the way they want to make a game.

After playing LA Noire I don't see anything revolutionary in it. Yes the facial animations where fine but like I said before the eyes is what makes a character come to life and the eyes of LA Noire characters where dead which was a major flaw in my eyes.

I haven't played the full game just the demo but judging from the demo it not nearly as bad as they make it out to be. I would give this game a strong 7 based on the demo. But I have to play the full game to get the full picture. Maybe the demo is the best part of the game.
The graphical difference is not THAT huge in my opinion. Maybe I'm blind but the only difference I noticed was that the 360 version is a but blurrier and has a little more jaggies but nothing to go overboard about.
To me at least, frame rate and physics are more important than graphics. I'm completely find with the 360's graphics. But that's just me.
