don't think its Valve's fault that the DL is so big, there have been plenty of updates on steam that has been alot smaller. But there may have been an error with what file types they are using, or maybe its just a communication error between Valve and CDPR.

Did install it from the 2 DVD disks that i got with the game, but i still don't know whats wrong, i think ill try a reinstall in a min.
I checked all my drivers and directx updates.
I did reset my Nvidia settings in the Nvidia control panel.
but can it be its because maybe my HDD is too full?
got 150 GB left of my one 3TB disk (got alot of anime) but all my other games is installed on that disk as well, but they don't got any problems...
what about performance increase?
