i don't think i got any problems with the specs,
but GTA sees my VRAM as minus 10GB (WTF is that?)
2x is quite low, the PC version will at least support 16x
they got ton of games that got good support with Nvidia 3D

the ENGTX580 DCII take up too much space and will make bad airflow in your case. especially if you are going to have 2 of those, one of the cards won't have air at all almost.
