The original godzilla movie is owned by classic media in the united states. They have yet to consider moving into the HD market.
I seriously doubt we will see Original Godzilla in any hd format anytime soon since its such a small market.
was an EXTREMELY over rated monster movie. There is no depth to the story. I do not know where everyone is getting that it was brilliant. IF they were to make a western version. I think it might be the same if not better because theres no where to go but up for that movie.
the reason is that magazines are essentially a dying business. Just like newspapers why bother reading month (sometimes older depending on the mag) old stories when you can get it as it happens. Even know we are seen scans of reviews in magazines before the magazine hits the news stands. Thats the major reason why OPM, codes and tricks, and many others are gone. The next one is EGM.

These were a shipment that was found in the warehouse. From what I understood (at my store) these are not going to stores, and once the company sells out there will be no more (hence the no price cut)
these games are already out you can buy them anywhere. Why remake them? By remaking them you lose the nostalgia of it all.
I still have no idea why Final Fantasy games keep being remade. By updating the graphics, by changing summons adding in a new story line you loose the feel of the original version.
Just leave the games alone.

What Sony is doing is alienating Ps3 users. And instead of making new consumers they are turning them away.
Tell me honestly why should I buy a PS3 right now. There has yet to be any break out games that scream "buy this system"
There are good games but there is nothing awe inspiring.
I know about the 2008 line up. So why buy a system and wait for those games to come out when...
you can think of a long term plan with out any problems. But you need to have a current plan to combat the problems of today.
I have no problems believing that the PS3 is on a 10 year course. None whatsoever.
The problem that I do have is, that this first year is a let down. Hopefully next year will be different.
We can give lists of all the great games that are coming out. But we have no idea what is going to happen.
sales for the ps2 could be dropping for 1 of 2 reasons
1. People just do not want the ps2 anymore and are moving into the next gen.
2. Ps2 is starting to reach saturation point. Theres only so many people out there that want a video game system. Once everyone of those people buy one thats it theres really no one left to sell to.
