actually toy story 3 games made a lot, so expect to see more of tie-in games like that (and tron) instead of split second and pure
guaranteed not 1080p...you think nintendo wants to lose $300 on every console like sony did? they have to profit at least 100-150 at launch, so the core components will cost maybe 100 MAX, so no, definitely no true 1080p
and btw, they still won't use a regular controller, and street fighter 2 button mode SUCKS
it will be underpowered obviously as is tradition, so no it will not be in 3D or at the very least incredibly upscaled 3D. the ps4 and nextbox will only be able to do true 3D in 720p mode and render 2D in 1080 natively
and also who cares it'll just be a bunch of crap games anyway, with MAYBE the exception of 1 mario, kart, and potentially zelda

anyone who bought this game knows how it SHOULD have been a downloadable title, the content and the polish simply are not there (even in the menus, and u can't even change the controls), as well as all the graphics are rudimentary. hard to see how anyone who bought this wouldn't feel ripped off...i got it at kmart where it gave me a $20 coupon (so effectively i paid $30), and even that is overpriced--it should be $20 MAX, and even that is pushing it.

this is prolly incorrect cuz i think they just drop the resolution, so it's the same image rendered twice at half res...almost no difference processor-wise. it's like split-screen laid on top of each other, but with no secondary input or physics etc
no way dude, u notice the tear every time it happens, most of the time it's when you're turning and it's very apparent...but not game breaking or anything, simply annoying. i'd take v-sync and dropped frames over it TBH
i too was shocked by the amount of screen tear and "less than 60fps" times in gt5, mostly cuz i don't remember being anything like that in the gt hd concept, which was rock solid framerate if i remember correctly and ran at a higher resolution...not sure what happened here
still a good game tho, but lower performance than was expected
wrong, they ditched the 30 day price matching years ago. you'll be lucky to get a "one-time exception" other people seem to get it at times but i never have.
not bad but ps move can do it better (aka perfectly) inherently with internal sensors/positioning instead of just guesswork...but not a bad app for out of nowhere

this article is junk, how can someone write so many paragraphs about 1 little fact: ps3 can't do 3d with lossless audio (a fact known since the update came out months ago), you could summarize that in the title if you wanted but the writer goes on forever saying nothing. WOW monsters vs aliens doesn't work?? is that cuz the ps3 is a letdown or because MOST 3D PLAYERS CAN"T PLAY IT ANYWAY due to authoring error. what a waste of time.
it was announced at CEDIA a couple months ago @ $399, but popped up on amazon at 499...who knows the set price, they probably jacked it up cuz the demand will be huge and they know people will pay
not entirely true, it can do games in 3D at 1080p 24fps if it wanted, it is not exclusive to movies...but who knows with which games this would be acceptable. sony devs themselves have said GT5 and motorstorm apocalypse are running at 1080p in 3d, which leaves me perplexed aside from this one option, i guess we'll see

but that game is missing a lot of other stuff too: wheel support, LAN, split-screen, real free-roam etc (but still somehow got scores above 9)
