Well Naughty Dog was originally supposed to work on it but they were to busy with TLOU so PlayStation hired a new studio who had people that had experience doing 2D fighting game(meh experience). I believe they should hired Bandai Namco (they did Smash Bros for the WiiU). Or either put Santa Monica or Japan Studio to make PlayStation All Star 2.
Well he did waisted money on MGSV by creating scene that never was in the final product or spend money on Kiefer which barely spoke the entire game and Kojima couldn't recast previous actor since he wanted to underpaid them.

I really loved Heavy Rain. I was disappointed with Beyond but I was entertain. Overall David Cage is not completely bad games as you and other people make it seem. Yes, the script and writing is not great but is not horrible rather is ok. Detroit gameplay on PSX convince me that it a day one for me.

I believe that they should allow digital PS4 games to be compatible with PSVITA successor and have backwards compatibility with PSP/PSVITA games. They should investment in third party games while focus making more platform games as first Party
