It depends where are you from. I countries in development, piracy has been a standard for decades, until some games/consoles became unhackable and this pushed people to buy original games. Now that these people know the advantages of having an original game, many make an effort and now go original on games that consider worth it.... hence, the growth in games sales in Latin America and growing localization for this region.

They wouldn´t knock off more points for console´s vesion unless they want a fanboy riot but in reality, the difference if much bigger than 1 decimal. 60fps, 1080p, high res textures and DX11 effects are a HUGE improvement over the console´s versions.
PC Version has 9.5. They knocked 1 point off the console's versions for their framerate and poor texturing. To be expected from 6-7 year old boxes.

This is shaping to be one of the very best games of the whole generation and it looks better on Xbox 360 (consoles) I bet this will be reflected on sales.
It seems that the Xbox 360 dominance in USA will prevail until the rest of the generation... in HD consoles that is.
Good lineup but no PS3 exclusive can compete with Gears of War 3.
It's not devs fault that PCs power have evolved way beyond consoles. They need to evolve with tech or lag behind just to please some fanatic gamers.

Playing BF3 @ 1080p with max details and 60fps+ will be a pleasure.
We're in the times of sli/crossfire setups (wih each GPU 4x more powerful than the ones on consoles), CPUs that easily overclock to 4.5Ghz and 8GB of DDR3 Ram now, and BF3 will most likely drain every bit of power of those setups. Why in hell wouldn't it look better than the PS3 version?
Starting with Cysis 2 , The Witcher and this one, the difference between PC and consoles start widening noticeably, even more when you play on a big TV. I think we're ready for a next-gen :D

The level of dedication and skill this has taken is to be admired. The good thing is that he only did this to prove he could be first in anything he wanted to. For what I know, he's back to normal now, in terms of gaming... He still needs to have a surgery to have his hearing back though.

This is so deceiving. The Ps3 GPU has a higher clock than Xbox 360's but the architechture on the 360 makes it a more powerful GPU.

Errr... upgrading a high end PC 4 years down the road will cost you around US$450... Also, this guy talks as if there was no gain in multiplatform games. Take Final Fantasy XV as an example. It runs terrible on PS4 Pro 4k, and it's been reported to run great on Xbox one X. That's the kind of value this console is adding up.
