I really like the idea of proximity chat. Not sure if DayZ already has this but having to be aware of how loud you speak and when really does add to the whole survival experience.

Wow, that is really harsh but it does have some truth to it.
You're right, no one is entitled to anything. They made their decisions and whatever came after was on them. However, saying that Kinect will never be separated from the xbox one and now is was just blatantly lying to consumers. Even though I don't own one yet, there are some who never wanted Kinect in the first place. To be honest, this would have helped Microsoft much more if they did this from the very beginning.
It better not be. Getting delayed for 6 months should help them iron out the major game breaking bugs but no game is perfect.

Not at all. It had massive scale and replayability but I got bored of it within a few months. Just my humble opinion.
I would say the first point is the only myth people might not of known. All the others are common sense the most people would know especially the last one about the vocal minority representing us all. The author should say that to some select people on N4G.

It's definitely possible. The ps4's lead in the US alone isn't that significant and with these new changes, I can see it happening but that doesn't mean Sony won't push extra hard to avoid it.
I wouldn't expect the Xbox marketing chief to say anything different. It's all a matter of opinion but that won't stop people from arguing anyway.
It's actually pretty disappointing to think it would be full 1080p and then being told it's not. That's why rumors should never be taken seriously. Just out of curiousity, I wonder why XB1 is getting these weird resolutions like 792p?
So it seems like the XB1 games with gold will be subscription based just like PS+. That's totally fine if it means the games MS offer will be much better and recent.
So 900p on PS4 and 792p on Xbox One? If this ends up being true, at least there's good news.

They are trying to make it a much dynamic and richer experience with a constant framerate. I know many people here wanted full native 1080p with 60fps but that isn't being realistic. Also, the game delay was to work on the hacking a...

I'm aware of that but that doesn't change what they were trying to do. With all these new changes that happened and are going to happen, I'm buying a Kinectless XB1 later this year for sure.
