I checked Spike TV which did show Microsoft and EA's conferences but didn't see Sony on there.
Wish I could have go to the theaters to see it but tickets were gone too quick. At least I'm comfortably watching on my couch with pizza in hand, bring it Sony!
If the Wii U had those type of numbers with 3rd party games as well then I could see what you're saying but I don't think that's the case.
I don't understand how you came to that conclusion, this VR headset was built with the ps4 hardware in mind. Also, there's no way it would be priced at $500 so that's out the window. Finally, the Oculus Rift is for pc gamers and has pc devs working with it so Morpheus can be focused with Sony studios, third parties and their own indies.
The article (if you can even call it that, it's so short) was basically saying Microsoft focused completely on games and the gamers instead of Kinect and TV features. That's why it reminded the author of a Sony press conference. At least that's what I got from reading it.
Your point? I'm waiting for The Last of Us Remastered and I hope that it will be...wait for it...1080p with 60fps.
Mirror's Edge 2 and Battlefront is all I need!
I still remember that Peggle 2 announcement last year, still makes me laugh.
But it's a Microsoft game. That would be like Uncharted going to Xbox, just seems off.
The voice acting in this video was waaay to casual and unrealistic. Hopefully that doesn't reflect the entire game.
Edit: Didn't know it was live commentary, sorry. That really messed up the immersion for me.
Already bought the game but for anyone who hasn't played it and loves platformers will really enjoy this game.
Why would you want to see gameplay for a game you will never play? You're not fooling anyone, we all know you'll never get a ps4 and don't even care if this game releases or not.
I thought you just made that account, too funny! + bubs
We got E3 reveals, Project Morpheus demo tonight on Jimmy Fallon, and a KH2 HD release date. That's enough news for me.
Good read, a lot of gamers nowadays really are spoiled and feel entitled to everything. Game prices have always been around the same there and there were no patches to fix broken games either. I understand some companies releasing broken games on purpose but that's another subject.
I'll be picking up a year of ps+ for $29.99 thanks to my extra discount, good deal.
Seriously Kotaku? I couldn't even make it through that article...
Society isn't ready for that kind of "equality" but I would die laughing at the reactions too.
It's being released on PSN only so it won't be a full retail game most likely.
I guess if you want whatever the free gift will be, Ebay will be the place to get it...with a jacked up price of course.
