For me I'd pick 2, Mass Effect and Just Cause 2, nothing else has impressed me as much so far. I'm playing through the GOW collection atm, so I've yet to play GOW3. I doubt I'll be disappointed though, as a GOW virgin I'm loving the first one.
It would be nice to see people discuss games on n4g for once without someone banging on about exclusives.
