And received a ton of hate for it. It's not him that's saying it's a bad thing, it's the gaming community at large including this site that, with rare exception, rips Sony apart for doing remakes and remasters.
To be fair "divide and conquer pretensions" have been present in the comment section of this website for years regardless of the articles title, composition or intent. It's therefore unlikely that's what's playing a part in low viewership and commenting.
I will never purchase an AI generated game, I will not contribute to something that takes away artistic human expression and creation in gaming. I'm not one of those people who says, "I hope this fails" like so many often do about everything gaming these days but on this one I have to. AI has it's place, just not here.
This looks fantastic. Loved the first game, this is a day one for sure. Sony are fools if they don't add Ember Lab to their PlayStation first party studios.
"Awful" is a subjective opinion, some people don't have a problem with lower quality looking games but the video comparison confirms series S is consistently the lowest quality version with the only exception being framerate.
They never stopped. Ghost of Yotei is a great single player game and based on Insomniac's track record Wolverine will be a great single player game as well. Then theres Death Stranding 2: On The Beach and Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet which may be a ways off but shows they are still making single player games.
Best thing you can do is not feed the troll attention is what he wants, just report all his comments as spam and the mods have been good about getting rid of him.
