The case is made for regular pc cooling that means high wattage thats means better performance. If ps5 has a standard case it will be weaker because it will throttle with these type of specs the xbox has in a standard console case. Digital foundry has said their sources said the xbox is pulling 300 watts thats near pc specs. The xbox isnt using a glorified laptop gpu and cpu now it seems like this is actual desktop performance this time it will still be a year behind next year though lol.

My friend had sega channel back in the day it was better than google Stadia today lol. Earth worm jim, vector man, sonic games all ran buttery smooth on sega channel. Steam has a answer for everyone of those games. And that's just steam not counting all the other games that are sold on pc. Pc games just dont spend all their money on marketing like consoles game makers do. My steam library is so large im embarrassed by it lol.
No the R9 270 runs almost all games on ultra for 150. And it most definitely runs them all on High at 60fps+ @ 1080p and that's beyond what ps4 and xbox 1 can do. With better textures and AA turned on.
Linustechtips just did a 300 dollar build and he was able to build 2 computers for that. One with a R9 290 and one with a 7870. And they both performed well on high settings.

Pc gaming is only expensive for you because you dont know what you are doing. Anyone that rebuilds their pc every year or two knows you can make a profit off your parts by reselling them on ebay and then buying new parts. Pc parts go up in price when they get old and they do so very quickly.

PS3 has crap software and a firmware update bricked my system as well an &*%$&*$*& SONY TRIED TO CHARGE ME 250 DOLLARS TO FIX IT. These consoles lost out to the ATI 3870 as well it was on its last legs. But it was still running games at 30 fps on max settings and thats still better than the best looking console games of last gen and it cost 60 bucks at the time. The 3870 just had alot of power consumption was a major drawback for it. But it hung in there for alot of this gen.
