I said this before. I'm willing to spend up to $1000 given that the system is powerful enough to warrant the price. I want to see a true leap in generations like from PS1 to PS2 and PS2 to PS3. The PS4 did not feel like a generation leap to me at the time.
People cry about $500 that they have to spend every 6-7 years on a console but they are ok with spending $500-$1500 every year on a new phone. Right, they can't show off their new console on the street to everyone...

I don't know if you have ever been in combat or a fight but a skin thight leather suite or spendex suit is NOT appropriate at all for combat. These types of clothing restrict your movement. It looks cool in movies but they are not usefull in real life. So I don't know what makes you think that now they are better dressed for combat.
