Exactly. Games will get a lot bigger and we are getting less than 1TB SSD in the PS5 for example. 2-3 games and it will be full. Good luck with that shit.

They all showed off next gen games that looked like current gen games.
Did you watch the Xbox event? There were major 3rd party studios showing off their next gen games. Did they look like next gen? No. They looked like current gen.
You could clearly tell the difference between Killzone Shadow Fall and Killzone 3.
I can't tell the difference between Dirt5 and previous Dirt games.
If it's all about phyisics this time around than they should have shown that off.
Are you kidding me guy? Next gen games were shown off and they look like current gen games. At least I could tell a PS4 game from a PS3 game apart the second I've seen it. What Xbox shown off can be on this gen as well. But I know, wait for the exclusives......😒
For $40, I'll skip this. This is why we should not buy fighting games day 1 anymore.

Since you have both, let me ask you. Don't you think that on the samsung the colors are a bit faded? Or can you adjust the it in the settings? I had samsungs but was never that happy with them. I know they are good TVs, I just don't prefer them. I used to be all about Bravia but since I got the LG C9 because Sony customer service treated me like dirty, I will never look back.
Lower expectations, as in: don't have any. Based on what was showed off, there won't be much of a difference in the graphics department.
I don't think it's unfair to want a visual jump from a next gen system. We always got that. This time however, it's about loading times, 4K and 60fps.
I got the LG C9. I can't say enough good things about it. I highly recommend that. Samsung is a little bit washed out for me. But that's just me.
If you look at Assassins Creed 3 and Assassins Creed 4, can you tell the difference? I think it was huge. Even in 3rd party games, you should be able to tell that we are looking at a next gen game.
This event was all about next gen gameplay reveal not upgraded current gen games. So if that is the case, than they lied.

So it has ended and I'm left dissapointed. Maybe jt's just me, I don't know. There used to be clear visible chnages from current to next gen. Here, I've seen nothing that could not run on current gen. But I knowx just wait until first party games are shown off. Well I got bad news, they won't look too much better either. So my hype level for next gen has gone down tl the gutter. Why would we buy next gen consoles when they showed off nothing next gen. No graphical leap, no...
Same here and not only that but so far I wasn't blown away by any visuals. I guess we have reached a level with graphics where they just can't produce any better. Just watched the Yakuza video.....well. Not hyped for next gen just yet.
