And you don't get to go to jail for a lifetime for robbing a bank. You get a few years depending on many factors than you are free. The punishment should fit the crime. And however intentional it was for someone to rob a bank, later on in life it can be looked upon as a mistake that person made. People make mistakes, intentionally or not a mistake can be made.

Some people will like the mp in U4 some people won't. It comes down to taste.
Personally I don't like TPS mp games and I don't like U4 mp either. Never liked competitive mp in Uncharted ever since it was intorduced.
I think something like a horde mode or co-op would have been so much better.
