Don't talk in the name of all gamers! What you wrote is YOUR opinion. BF1 was great. I really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed CoDWWII and it's something I wanted to play. Also if BF5 is WWII I will be happy with it seeing it return to it's roots. But all of this is my opinion. There will be gamers who agree with my opinion and gamers who don't. But I will not be so selfcentered to claim that I speak for all gamers. You know NOTHING about this BF game and already went out to call it...
I loved Lair. Beat it a few times too. There is a lot of potential in that universe.

Best gaming memories I have is from the PS1 era. Tekken, Tomb Raider, Croc, Crash Bandicoot, Tenchu, Soul Blade, Nightmare Creatures, Nuclear Strike, NFS3, Gran Turismo, Moto Racer, Deathtrap Dungeon, Resident Evil....and the list goes on and on.

I heard it all before...a movie ticket is $15 and a game is $65 but a movie is 2 hours long while a game can last 50 hours or more so a game is a better value. That is the furthest thing from the truth.

This is what I don't understand about people who defend BOIIII: They are hyped for zombies but never seen any gameplay of the new zombie mode. They are also hyped for the battle royal mode yet they haven't seen a gameplay of it. But if someone criticizes the game they start barking that "how do you know it will be bad, we haven't seen gameplay yet". So why is anyone hyped? We haven't seen any gameplay yet.

30% of people who got a CoD game completed the campaigns on average. That is a lot of people. Treyarch just threw away a lot of income in hopes that the microtransations of pom-pom hats in their battle royale mode will make up and even exceed that amount.
It took EPIC Games 6 months to create the most successful battle royale game out there that is FREE to play. This shows how lazy and greedy treyarch is. It takes a lot more effort to build a nice campaign. But we could alr...
And that is why we should not have DLC. The beauty of a complete game is that you get the whole package and play it from start to end. Than when the sequel arrives you are ready and excited and can't wait to play it.

Not happy about this. Only reason I purchased CoD evsry year was the campaign. Now that is gone, thete is nothing for me there anymore. So they lost my $65.

Also, what is weak about a BR mode in CoD is that it's just a cashgrab on the currenty trend that will fade. CoD used to be the inovator, the leadrr in FPS. Now, it's just a copycat with a copy and paste job. Zero originality and still the same exact game as CoD4 just with a different skin. Minus the campaign.
