Dynamic Day/Night Cycles are in. The thing that's not in is "linked" time of day for races aka the game looking at the time of day of your actual location and setting that as the time of day for a race.

X1 esram is theoretical 200 Gb ,real world performance is around 130Gb.
Ps4 gddr5 theoretical is 176Gb, real world perf. is 170Gb.
Cmon stop being ignorant, MS went with old, slow DDr3 becuz they figured it would be a problem and too costly to make GDDr5 memory so they used ESram to mitigate the slower ddr3.
Okay lets say that esram is 200gb real world perf. its still only32MB, they need to fine tune the data to fit in the esram and that takes time.
Ps3 has around 400 Gflops.
PS2 has 6 Gflops.
You do need to have a good Pc with a nice Cpu in it to run a game like Gran Turismo 3,4 on it.
Someone should start a kickstarter for a PS3 Emulator!
