J.A.W are friends of mine, Stewart Gilray owns the company. I worked with him in the early 90`s at 21st Century. I know what type of game it is but of course you`re just gonna have to wait till its unveiled!
The PS3 is really coming into its own in terms of gfx quality in exclusive titles, and this will obviously increase over time i think. But more importantly the games themselves appear to be of a real high quality! All things considered, Unchartered 2 looks to be a christmas smash hit!
1st and foremost is a longer single player campaign, though im sure this will be a given.
If this was the case, we would of seen a slew of vids and screenshots already, as in past GT titles. Im still sticking to a summer 2010 release, with the 1st real news and info hitting TGS later this year.
Thanks for the links Why Dis/POG, those Unchartered 2 shots look phenomenal, especially next to the other pics in the links you supplied......and STILL 6 months dev time to go before release!
I`ve no doubt nothing will touch it this year, not even Killzone 2 which i think is the most graphically impressive console title to date. But more importantly i know theres going to be an amazing game underneath all that visual goodness.
A few of my other dev mates went to the ND presentation and are reporting that what they saw (other than this) was phenomenal! Massive showing at E3.
I`d say this is my most anticipated game of 09 withoubt a doubt.

Yep, i think going by these screens, the ps3 seems a touch softer which gives a nice comic book feel, and the lighting is nicer and more pronounced, not as restrained as the 360. The 1st pic on the ps3 version you can make out the car headlights to the left of the building compared to the 360 version. Still too early to say which will ultimately be better but if the devs say the ps3 has improved gfx then who am i to argue.

Im glad the PS3 version doesn`t have detailed pedals! I`d rather have detailed petals.
Why? Because the CE3 tech demo was running at 60fps? lol

The 360 shot in the jungle came from the tech camera angle thats not even game play.
Epic and Capcom do this same thing with Gears and other software they move the camera around in demonstrations. The 360 version looks great in the jungle when you choose to use the game play footage and not the tech demonstration camera swing footage.

As i said earlier, and straight from Cryteks mouth.
I think the SPU`s will really help, especially with the physics calculations, and no doubt backface culling and other gfx related tasks.
I wonder if POG?WHY DIS will continue with his/her one ...
