The graphics are nice but the gameplay was boring
Most indie games aren't new or innovative its mostly 2d platformers most innovation came from AAA developers that made and defined every game genre
I may get some hate for this while Goldeneye was great back then if they reimagined it now it would be no different than other modern FPSs also Activision now owns the rights to goldeneye games

no they had enough time and money on Aliens: CM but Gearbox instead spend the money and time on Borderlands 2 and after they finished Borderlands 2 they rushed Aliens: CM because they had no time

CM was a bad game because Gearbox took money from Sega to make CM but they spend it on Borderlands 2 and rushed CM to release

BF is a blend of both fun and realism but ArmA takes it a step further in the realism
