This is more or less a confirmation that episode 1 is finished soon. It has been in development for 3 years and VO is one of the last things that is completed in a production.
Play the HIGH settings option if you want it locked in 30 fps... Stop bitching about something that was added later for free.

That's only true depending where episode 1 will end. Is it calm? Junon or Cosmo Canyon etc. We already know the game and SE said they would add some more things, because remake.

I played around 60+ hours the first 5 days. Now I'm waiting for the cut content and dlc to continue. Hopefully the 60 fps patch is on its way for the Pro too.

The golden era of rpgs was when they match or exceeded the other genres for that generation. People can bitch all they want but it doesn't change that FF XV is the only game that could hold a candle to Uncharted 4 etc. Too bad FF XV was a real wasted potential even though they're gonna patch that up in 2017.
Persona 5 isn't even trying to revive the genre. It's a game specializing for those that already loves the genre and trying to deliver the best experie...
