Got to say I loved MGS1 the first time I played it. I could tell it was miles apart from other titles. My first experience with it was the demo on a demo disk my cousin gave me. Being young, I loved it just for the fact it was heavy on the military aspect. I was thrilled to see enemy soldiers in balaclavas and gas masks. @Batzi Just what I was thinking. Maybe his voice changes after he wakes up from the coma which he has been in for ten years. His mind, his body must change from that point onwards so does his voice and he becomes a different person altogether. He's then on track to becoming the Big Boss we know from the MSX games
I would expect a part of the conference will be reserved to talk about upcoming games for the vita but the majority will be for the PS4 (Console aesthetic reveal, games showcase etc)
Because Sony have been particularly aggressive with marketing and such recently and they are obviously going to push something as big as the PS4 the best they can. Same goes for Microsoft even though they've made some bad decisions. The world is watching and if Microsoft upset core gamers again, chances are they will have had enough and flock to the PS4.
I wonder if this will be dummed down on the PS4 to accommodate the Xbox Ones Specs or if it will be identical. We all know the PS4 specs are stronger but whether they will actually be used is another story. I have a feeling it will be the same on both consoles so everyone can enjoy the same product.
I can still see the very, very slight animation pop when the soldier says "this way sir" then stands with the others as you walk in but I'm being pretty pedantic. Either way I'm very excited for this.
Sony have to choose between potentially pissing off some companies by not implementing DRM. Or Rely on install base from happy consumers so companies have no choice but to support the PS4
