@TheBrit When the voice is iconic and distinguishes MGS from your other generic games, the voice acting is incredibly important. For somone who has grown up with Hayters voice in every metal gear game since MGS1 in PS1, it's quite a big deal. And no its not sunny outside, it's actually quite dark seeing as its night time.
of course I imagine the direction and everything else will be as marvellous as usual but it will always be in the back of my mind what the game could have been like with Hayters voice
although I can understand why Hayter was dropped, it should have been someone familiar like Richard Doyle. Kojima has just used Kiefer Sunderlands name to get Metal Gear into the Hollywood spotlight and completely ignored the fans.
especially since sutherland isn't even a gamer. He won't appreciate the series like the people who have actually played them over and over will. Kojima I am disappoint
I was also thinking"mind" due to big boss and his mindset in the game. How he wakes up a potentially different man from a 9 year coma. And how the recent phantom pain trailers seem to keep hinting that everything hes seeing isnt real and hes pretty messed up and perhaps its all about finding himself again. Obviously though the word im looking for isnt mind if its supposed to end in e. just cant think of the right word.
yes my friends are the same. Just sheeple. I always research before I invest in anything and these people will just buy whatever they think their friends will also have to be part of the "crowd"
