I had riddick on my last gen xbox, I was amazed at how good it looked, especially the lighting and atmosphere.
My iPhone has voice recognition and that's nothing like kinect, it's nothing more than a gimmick to sell kinect devices, a standard 360 headset and perhaps a little firmware update would do the exact same job!
The only thing impressing me is cgoodno's bubble count! =)

I predict nxt gen consoles will have upgradeable hardware, more in game graphics options like AA, texture detail etc, depending on how good your hardware is,
Maybe built in HD projector on the controller/console, app downloads, built in speakers for iPod/mp3 dock and it will fetch you a beer from the fridge.
