No matter what is made, there is always room for improvement.
So I wouldn't say Bethesda didn't do a proper job, it's a huge improvement over oblivions ui anyway.

If it is multiple disks it would simply be like bf3 texture pack install, probably install part of the map. Textures etc etc and run from one main disk, so I wouldn't worry too much about it..........unless you got a 4gb hdd lol
If someone reviews a game, and aires their view public, it's gonna get challenged.
If I now said "hey cod mw3 is the worst game in history" I know I'm gonna cause a shit storm, so reviewers can't really complain about disagrees and criticism.
